The Failure

Catastrophic injector failure cascade — Unit #17 threw a limp-home code at mile marker 212 on I-5 northbound. Fuel trim data showed three cylinders running lean. Fleet had already lost two days waiting on a dealer appointment.

The Fix

Torque mobile unit on-site within 90 minutes. Full injector set replaced, EGR valve cleaned, ECM recalibrated to factory spec. Unit #17 back on route by 0630 the following morning.

The Failure
